Cottages at Water's Edge
& Crystal Mountain resort, Thompsonville, michigan
Collaboratively with The Johnson-Hill Land Ethics Studio, Clinton & Associates has developed many landscape plans for this resort community. Among them is Cottages at Water's Edge which includes a series of waterways and waterfalls; walkways, play lawns and acres of ornamental planting which unify and enhance the cottage environment. A cluster of 32 homes border the waterworks and ornamental plantings, providing endless visual entertainment as the birds and butterflies forage freely in the green space.
The Rose Garden at Kinlochen includes ample outdoor terrace dining facilities embraced by lush rose gardens and flowering crab apple trees.
