Siting the house on this rolling eight-acre suburban site amidst dozens of carefully-preserved mature specimen trees required a comprehensive landscape plan. The result is private entertainment areas, secluded swimming pool and pool terraces, along with a putting green, walking trails and six-acres of ornamental planting beds and rolling lawn. Views to and from the home are screened with large maple trees, while the view from inside is a four-season delight of foliage and plant form, including trees, shrubs and ground covers, all individually selected and placed.
