The former Capitol Children's Museum and its adjoining city block are transformed into a vibrant residential high-rise community. Passive "green roofs" and active-use recreation areas, including swimming pools, shade-lined entertainment terraces, and intimate seating areas, are located on the top of each new structure, adding functional and aesthetic qualities to urban living.
